Emotional health and support

Emotional health is all about being content and in control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. If you’re in good emotional health you have your own way of dealing with depression, anxiety, pain, loneliness or grief. You still have problems, but you know how to overcome them. You’ll also know when you need help from a counsellor or doctor when things get too hard to handle by yourself.
