Resident Agreement

Residents have the right to choose whether they wish to enter into a written agreement with the approved provider. It is in your interest to have an agreement as it sets out the rights and responsibilities of both the provider and the resident. This includes the levels of care and services that must be provided to the resident, the entry period, payment policies and practices and details of the home's complaints mechanism.
