Common questions
Aged Care Australia provides a comprehensive list of common questions - questions that users often ask. You can access common questions in three ways:
- See the questions relating to a particular page.
- View all the common questions for a particular part of the site.
- See all common questions on the site.
Questions relating to a particular page
You will find a list of common questions at the bottom of most pages on the site. The common questions shown will relate to the page you are looking at. If there are a lot of common questions relating to a particular page you will see the most commonly asked ones first, then a link to view others.Questions for a particular part of the site
You can access a list of all the common questions relating to a part of the site, such as Where to Start, by selecting common questions from the left-hand side of the page. Questions are grouped by category - simply view the list of categories until you find the one that describes your question best, then click on it to view the related questions. The most commonly asked questions will be displayed first with an option to view more questions.All common questions on the site
You can access a list of all the common questions on the site by selecting all common questions in the Where to Start section.Viewing the answer
Once you have found the question you are looking for, select it and you will see the answer. The answer may include links to other parts of the site that provide you with more information.
