My Page - Your space on Aged Care Australia

My Page enables you to save a list of the things you found interesting on the site and return to it later. My Page also lets you share your list with other people, including friends and family, who may be located anywhere in the world. Using My Page is easy:

  1. Create a My Page
  2. Add to your My Page
  3. Use your My Page
  4. Share your My Page

Create a My Page

Creating a My Page is easy. Select the 'My Page' link in the top-right corner. You will be asked to provide the following information:

Item Description
Nickname Your nickname is used to name your My Page. In the future, it will also enable you to communicate with other users without revealing your real name. Be creative with your nickname - you can use letters, numbers and some punctuation - but don't use your real name.
Email address Your email address enables us to send important information to you. We will not send you bulk unsolicited email and we definitely will not give your address to anybody else.
Password You will need to enter your password to access your My Page - this stops other people making changes without your permission. Choose something memorable but that would not be easily guessed by somebody else. Don't write your password down in a place where others can see it.
Remember me If you want, your web browser can remember you so that you do not need to log in every time you want to see your My Page. If you select 'remember me for this visit only' you will have to put your password in again after you have restarted your computer..

Once you have supplied this information, select 'Go' and your new My Page will be created.

Add to your My Page

You can add almost anything on Aged Care Australia to My Page. There are two main methods for adding to My Page.

Adding a specific page, service, home, etc

If you are viewing a particular aged care home, community care service or help/info organisation you can select the 'add to my page' link in the top right corner, near the 'print' link, to add that particular item to My Page. Once you select the link the displayed item will be added to your My Page, and then you will be taken back to where you were so you can keep browsing.
