There are times when you may find it difficult to manage with daily living activities and other times when you know you need help, but you just don’t know where to start. What has happened?

Some people experience the need for aged care services suddenly, for example if they’ve had a stroke. For others, the process is slower, with a gradual realisation that daily living activities are getting harder to manage without help.
