Telstra Priority Assistance

If you have a diagnosed life-threatening medical condition and need access to a fully operational phone service to prevent rapid deterioration of your condition, you may qualify to receive priority service from Telstra.

Telstra Disability Program

This program has been designed to provide eligible Telstra customers with specialised equipment so they can access the standard telephone service.

National Relay Service
