Question:	How do I arrange for the care and support to be delivered at times that suit me? Will they come on time?
Answer:	When you discuss the services to be provided you should also indicate suitable times and make sure these are included in the service agreement. If the people providing the services do not come at the agreed times you need to let the organisation managing the care know.
