Common question

Question: How private are rooms in aged care homes? Will staff just come in like they do in hospital?
Answer: Staff should not come into your room without knocking or being asked, except in an emergency. Your privacy should be respected and this is included in the 'Charter of Residents' Rights and Responsibilities
