Question: I only get a few minutes to myself each day - how can I best use this time to maintain my health?
Answer: You could use the time for some physical exercise that you enjoy, or to practice relaxation techniques. Both would be good for you. Contact the National Carer Counselling Program, or the Carers' Association in your state may have programs you can follow.
