| Question: | How do I find out about respite care services? |
| Answer: | For information on respite services, contact 1800 200 422 during business hours or, for emergency respite support outside standard business hours, call 1800 059 059 from anywhere in Australia. Some respite services are provided in residential aged care homes. Except for emergency situations, to receive residential respite care a person must be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
