Question:	How do I know if Mum is being treated properly by the care provider?
Answer:	All recipients of care from the CACP Program (more information) have specified rights including a basic right to have a care recipient agreement with the service provider. These rights apply regardless of whether community care subsidy is being claimed in their name.
