Question: What are community care services?
Answer: A 'service' is an organisation that arranges and provides the care and support that you need to support you to stay at home. The Australian Government-supported community care services that may be provided include the Home and Community Care (HACC) Program, Community Aged Care Packages (CACP), Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) and Extended Aged Care at Home Dementia (EACH D) Packages.
