| Question: | How many residents should be located in one room? |
| Answer: | All residential care homes constructed before July 1999 are required to house no more than 4 residents in any room. All residential care homes constructed after July 1999 are required to have no more than 2 residents in any room, with an average of 1.5 residents per room across the whole home.
