Question: Is there a cost associated with appealing against the ACAT assessment or their recommendations?
Answer: There is no charge to appeal an ACAT approval, in the first instance. If you do not agree with the appeal outcome and wish to go to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, this will incur a cost.
