Common question
| Question: | What do I do if my phone stops working and I need to arrange Priority Assistance? |
| Answer: | If you need to arrange priority assistance in an emergency situation, and you haven't already arranged for Priority Assistance to be in place, you should ask a friend or neighbour to ring Telstra Priority Assistance on 1800 331 286 on your behalf, to call your carer or doctor to advise them that your phone isn't working, or press your emergency call button and advise them of the situation. For more information on priority access please visit the Telstra website
