Repatriation Health Card

There are three types of Cards available to the veteran community based on their eligibility.

The Gold Repatriation Health Card - for all conditions within Australia. This covers treatment and care of all health care conditions, whether they relate to war service or not where the service is provided within Australia.

The White Repatriation Health Card - for specific conditions.

This covers the treatment and care of:

• an accepted war or service-caused injury or disease
• malignant cancer (neoplasia) whether war-caused or not
• pulmonary tuberculosis whether war-caused or not
• post-traumatic stress disorder whether war-caused or not
• anxiety and/or depression whether war-caused or not.

And the Orange Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Card

This covers:

• Subsidised pharmaceuticals and medicines under the Repatriation Pharmaceuticals Benefits Scheme (RPBS)
