Active ageing
As you grow older there are many ways you can maintain your health and increase your physical, emotional and mental health. By looking after yourself and making some good lifestyle decisions you can also prevent many illnesses and diseases that seem to be a part and parcel of ageing.
Here are some ideas to help you stay active:
- get out and about with friends and family
- try a word or number puzzle
- take the dog (or your neighbour’s dog!) for a walk, and
- try being a volunteer.
